"Koach Karl" Johnson

“Koach Karl” Johnson is a USPTA P1 Certified Tennis Professional & USTA Sectional coach.  He has over 20 years of combined experience as an accomplished collegiate athlete, experienced ATP Touring professional, skilled coach, director of some of the nation’s most elite training programs, and tennis enthusiast.

 

A graduate of Ferris State University, Karl was named the school’s “winningest” player in its history.  He is a two-time Collegiate Tennis All American, and was inducted into the NCAA College Tennis Hall of Fame and the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame.

 

He has received several accolades from his peers to include USPTA Mid-Atlantic Coach of the Year and two-time USPTA Midwest Professional of the Year.

 

Koach Karl has developed leading programs catering to every level of play and trained many top ranked junior, collegiate, and professional players throughout his career.
